1. We may change this policy at any time
We may update, modify, or replace this policy at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion. Changes take effect when we post the revised policy or otherwise make it available. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
2. Information we collect
We collect, and reserve the right to collect, any information reasonably related to operating and improving the Services. We may collect this information whether or not it is strictly necessary for a given feature, and we may combine it with information from third parties and public sources.
3. How we use information
We may use information for any lawful business purpose, including to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services; to develop, train, evaluate, and improve our software, models, algorithms, and products; to conduct research and analytics; to personalise and measure the Services; to communicate with you; to enforce our terms and protect our rights; and to comply with legal obligations. We may use content you provide, including uploaded data and simulation results, to operate and improve our products and models.
4. How we share information
We may share information with service providers and contractors acting on our behalf; with our affiliates and related entities; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of assets; to comply with law, legal process, or government requests; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Standard Physics, our users, or others. We may share aggregated or de-identified information without restriction.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as we consider necessary or useful for the purposes described in this policy, or as permitted by law. We are under no obligation to delete information except where required by applicable law.
6. Cookies and tracking
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser, but some features may not work without them.
